The Saver
Paul has recently become an expat for the first time. He has taken a role which happily gives him the ability to save on a monthly basis. He knows what he can afford now but is unsure how long he will be living overseas. Our flexible solutions enable him to make the most of the benefits of being overseas without committing him to saving forever. -
The Investor
Jayne has been overseas for a number of years and had already accrued significant savings. She also receives bonuses from work that she wants to add to this pot. We offer a platform that allows Jayne to invest her existing savings and add to these on an ad-hoc basis. Simon is nearing retirement having spent nearly twenty years living and working overseas. He has saved and invested throughout his career as well as having made profit investing in property. Using a suite of carefully selected, internationally heralded discretionary fund managers (DFMs) we can arrange a portfolio will an individually tailored mandate for the managers. This provides above average growth with capital preservation and below average volatility. It is structured to enable Simon to draw income or take lump sum withdrawals. The Returning UK Expat
Stuart and Emma are returning to the UK after having lived and worked overseas for 12 years. We conduct a thorough review of their savings and investments and asses their tax situation both now and as it will be upon return. Through one of our partner companies we have been managing Dave's superannuation scheme for some time. We have been able to give advice on his residence and tax situation explaining the benefits and potential pitfalls of negative gearing. The previous fanfare of moving has now been matched by ongoing changes made in rules and regulations by the HMRC. We are able to manage existing QROPS, SIPPS and UK Pension Plans. We can provide qualified advice on what is best for clients.

The Young Family Needing Insurance
Tom and Lara we existing savings clients and when they decided to start a family sought our advice on the best way to provide for the family in the even that either of them were to die or suffer a critical illness. Through a process of needs analysis we were able to calculate how much cover they required and sourced it from a UK provider at a fraction of the price of standard offshore cover. -

We have helped countless clients find the best mortgage available for them to purchase new homes all over the world and also to finance investment properties too. We have also arranged borrowing against portfolios in order to finance the purchase of property. -
The Mining Community
Sam, works on a mine in the Philippines and has a roster which sees him working twelve hour days, seven days a week for five weeks at a time. He then has three weeks off to travel and see his family. We visit the mines to see Sam and colleagues like him and are able to help manage all his financial affairs so he doesn't need to worry about them while on site. We deal with his banking, savings and investments as well as foreign exchange. -
Leveraged Investing
Paul is an adventurous investor with a high appetite for investment risk. His portfolio was growing well and he wanted to further invest in it. By arranging borrowing against the portfolio he was able to increase his investment and growth twofold.
